If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund by notifying us via email at soporte@juanateresa.com.co within seven (7) business days of receipt of your purchase.
To complete the process, make sure that:
● Items are in their original condition and with all tags intact.
● Present the purchase receipt along with the items to be returned.

If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange of size or color, subject to availability at the time of exchange.
To do so, you must:
● Make the request within seven (7) working days after the
reception of the product.
● Make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
● Present the purchase receipt.
