The refund of money under the right of withdrawal applies exclusively for purchases made through the website www.juanateresa.com.co, our WhatsApp channel, or by mail soporte@juanateresa.com.co, within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the purchase.

● The application is submitted after the established deadline.
● The product has been used under conditions other than those recommended or appropriate to its nature or purpose.
● The product has suffered essential, irreparable or serious deterioration due to causes attributable to the customer.
Please note that shipping fees for returns and exchanges will not be refunded at the time the item is exchanged. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return and exchange shipping. In addition, no package should be sent to us without our prior approval.
