JUANA TERESA grants a general warranty of forty-five (45) calendar days for all products offered, in the case of promotional products, the warranty period will be seven (7) calendar days.
All warranty periods are counted from the day of actual delivery of the product to the customer.
The warranty consists of the delivery of a new garment of the same article, size and color, provided that the product complies with the terms and conditions of the warranty.
