It is important to note that cash refunds are not given. Instead, an exchange is offered for a garment of equal value or a gift card for the amount of the refund. This must be done within seven (7) days of receipt of the purchase.
The refund of money under the right of withdrawal applies exclusively for purchases made through the website www.juanateresa.com.co, our WhatsApp channel, or by mail soporte@juanateresa.com.co, within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the purchase.
